Sleepless in Lalaloopsy Land is the eighteenth episode of Season 1 of the Lalaloopsy™ TV Series.
About[]
Pillow's little sister Blanket is walking in her sleep, and Pillow does everything she can to cure Blanket's sleepwalking, but learns that sleepwalking runs in the family.
Summary[]
One night, Pillow is getting her little sister Blanket for bed. Blanket asks if the next day is a school day, and her big sister says that school does not start until the day after tomorrow. Pillow then reads Blanket her favorite bedtime poem before she goes to sleep.
Suddenly, there was a noise coming from the kitchen and it woke Pillow up. Then she noticed that Blanket is missing. She and Sheep found Blanket sleeping in the kitchen. Pillow asked her little sister what she doing here and Blanket said she don't know.
So she picks her little sister up and carries her back to bed. But every now and then, Pillow finds Blanket sleeping everywhere including outside. To get to the bottom of this, she seeks the help of Dot since she always stay up late to look at the stars.
Meanwhile, Bea Spells A Lot was getting ready for school day and Spot arrives with her wagon full of art supplies. Since it's the first subject for the Littles, Bea says that the first thing on the list is 8 minutes of crayon time, 10 minutes of finger painting followed by 3 1/2 minutes of hand washing and 12 minutes of sculpting clay. When Spot asked what if the sisters use their crayons more than eight minutes, Bea says she'll make sure they stay on the right schedule.
Dot arrives at Pillow's house and she's really excited to observed something really close and gives Pillow her binoculars so she can watch Blanket and tells Dot to wake her up if she fall asleep. The girls watch and wait all night, but Blanket has not do anything yet. Pillow almost fall asleep until Dot told her that little sister getting out of bed in her sleep while carrying her bag. After having the binoculars backwards and the she, Dot and the pets followed Blanket in the kitchen who was looking the cabins and had a pasta bowl on her head, Pillow realize that her little sister is sleepwalking.
Bea is trying to decides if she want the red crayons next to the red paint and red chalk or all the paint & crayons together. Spot says she just throw all thee crayons into the wagon and Bea says muffins that Crumbs Sugar Cookie made for the Little Sisters during snack time. But Bea wants to know which muffin should go each student activity like does bran muffin say art or recess.
It was time for Dot to go home, she wishes Pillow good night and good luck with Blanket's sleepwalking. After she left, Pillow tells Sheep she knows how to her sister's sleepwalking by getting a good night sleep. First she went her closet to get a very comfy blanket that is not too fuzzy or button-y, but just right. Blanket loves how comfy it is and her big sister more sleepy time tricks such as finding a perfect cuddle buddy. All the toys are Pillow's favorite besides Sheep and she gives her little sister all of them. Blanket ask Big Sister Pillow can Little Sheep go to school, but Pillow says she has to stay home and she'll be waiting for her. Pillow has one more surprise for Blanket which is a book called "Beds Are For Sleeping." As she reads to Blanket they both fall asleep.
Back at the school, Bea was still working while Spot was waiting until she got it. According to her calculations, school day should go off without a hitch, except for one thing Bea can't control, the students. Suddenly an idea pop into Bea's head. Her idea is she will create a student simula-crum, which means, a group of test subjects to practice her teaching methods on the pets tomorrow before the day School Day starts. Owl and Zebra love the idea but not Spot.
Meanwhile Pillow was still sleeping until she woke up to find out that the story made her fall alseep and has to be quiet so she don't wake her little sister up. But when she looks in Blanket's bed, she was missing. Pillow wakes Sheep up so they can look for her. They found Blanket in the bathroom making a sandwich in her sleep.
The next morning, Pillow stills trying to think of something to stop Blanket for sleep walking so she can have a good night sleep. Just then, she and Sheep heard something outside. They look out the window to see Berry and her pet cow walking along the filed and the sound of Cow's cowbell give Pillow a idea. She and sheep catches up to Berry and Cow and she ask Pillow if she wants to go berry picking with them. Pillow says she needs to ask Cow if she has extra cowbells she can borrow. Berry says that Cow has a huge collection of cowbells and ask Pillow why to she needs to borrow them. Pillow says she will explain about Blanket's sleepwalking along the way and off they went to get the cowbells.
At the school, Bea starts practicing school day with the pets. The first subject is art time, she hands the pieces of paper and shows the picture of a pretty sunny day. Zebra starts coloring the sun blue and Bea reminds him to color it yellow. Crumb's mouse starts eating the paper and after Bea gives him a red crayon, he starts eating as well! Only Owl was coloring in the picture in the right color and Bea was proud of him.
Berry installs cowbells all around the house so Blanket will trigger a noise that will alert Pillow. Blanket sees the bells and ask if is it her nap time. Pillow says yes and Sheep and Cow lowers the strings so Blanket can walk by. Then, the string flings Sheep in the air, and Blanket went to bed. Pillow and Berry tip toped out hoping the bells will wake Blanket up. When that fails, Pillow needs to think something else.
Back at the school, Bea was hanging up the arts and really love Owl's. It's now time for snacks, but the animals ran up to the snacks and ate it all up and there was none left for poor Owl. And now it is time for recess.
As Berry and Cow were going to leave to get more bells, Pillow's Sheep watched as Berry open the fence for her cow and that gave Pillow a idea on how to stop Blanket's sleepwalking. The girls build the fence and Blanket went to sleep. After the girls tip toped out the house, Blanket hoped over the fence and Sheep called for Pillow. Pillow, Berry and their pets found Blanket sleeping while standing up in the restroom and she got her sweater on. While Berry and Cow go to take the fence down, Pillow goes to Bea's house to find out what made Blanket sleep walk in the first place.
While the pets play outside Pillow consults the book Bea had given her and finds out sleepwalking is cause by stress, anxious and inherited from within the family and realizes she sleepwalks as well. Pillow wakes up to find out she's up a tree! But luckily she heard Cow mooing and Sheep ran to get Berry for help. She was shocked to see Pillow up the tree and use her ladder to get her down and Pillow ran off to find her little sister.
After practices school is over, Owl went to go play with the other pets. But Bea was disappointed that it didn't go the way she plan. Pillow arrives and ask Bea have she seen Blanket. She said no and ask did the book help. Pillow said not yet and Bea hopes Blanket sleeps well tonight and bet she's excited. Pillow eventually realizes that Blanket must be too excited to sleep in her bed because of her first day of school. Blanket had been busy preparing herself for school by walking in her sleep throughout the night.
When Pillow went back home, she found Blanket sleeping next to the closet and gently woke her up. She told her a pretty bedtime story about Blanket's first day of school, explain how school is fun and kiss her goodnight.
Bea figured out why school didn't go as planned yesterday and it's because her equations were missing one factor which is the uncertainly principle.
The next morning, Pillow gets Blanket ready for school; Blanket then says good-bye to her pet Lamb, and the sisters walk to Bea's school house.
Outside the school house, all the older sisters are excitedly waiting with their younger sisters while saying good-bye to them. Bea rings the school bell and the girls proceed into the building. Pillow exclaims she doesn't want to hear the word "sleepwalking" ever again and smiles; Sheep baas as the episode ends.

- It is unknown why the Littles go to school and the older Lalas don't; this is possibly because there are no adults in Lalaloopsy Land to teach the older Lalas.
- Specs and Bundles are the only TV series Littles that did not appear in this episode
