Pix E. Flutters is a magical sprite who lives in Lalaloopsy Land. She is a wishful thinker who always looks on the bright side... literally! She absolutely adores glitter and can often be found surrounded in it or putting it on things. She's also very easy to find when playing hide and seek because of this. Pix E. is the older sister of little Twinkle N. Flutters. Her name is a pun on pixie as well as her fluttering wings.

Appearance[]
Pix E. Flutters is a light brown skinned girl with pink pale cheeks and plain black button eyes. Her hair is a soft green color and worn up in strands like a high ponytail or bun, held up with multiple white daisies. Her bangs are pulled back, leaving a few loose strands.
She wears a pink multi-layered skirt, a frilled pink dress with a plain tank top and a magenta ribbon at her chest. The ends of the sleeves resemble her skirts lining, which consist of shiny magenta and light pink strings. She also has sky blue and white striped stockings around her legs, and wears pink boots with a green fringe along the top.

Pix E.'s pet is a yellow-green bodied firefly with light pink wings, antennae, and black button eyes.

- June 24th is Fairy Day.
- Despite being a fairy, she cannot fly, although she wishes she could despite her fear of heights. However, she overcame this fear when she grew up, as said in her description on the Lalaloopsy Girls website.
- She shares her birthday with Sand E. Starfish.
- Coincidentally, they also share the same middle initial.
- She was released along with Prairie.
